A family business,

VivaClean started as a family cleaning business in Colorado back in 2013. Five years ago we landed on Big Island — and ever since, we've been taking care of properties for hosts and property managers who want a team they don't have to worry about.

A full clean between guests, ready in time for the next check-in — every time.
Beds stripped and remade hotel-style, bathrooms sanitized, kitchen reset, trash and recycling out, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces wiped down, and a final walkthrough before we mark it guest-ready.
